You want life to be better, but you have no idea how to get there …

Life’s twists have left you feeling sad, empty, angry, or overwhelmed. You knew you’d have ups and downs, but right now you’re having a really hard time finding the ups.

You’ve lost interest in activities you normally enjoy, or you feel isolated from your family and friends. Your relationships may be faltering, and socializing feels like something that’s done by everyone else.

Or you’re a master at the comparison game, except in your mind, you’re always losing. You’re a kind, compassionate person, but you have a hard time turning those qualities toward yourself. Everyone else seems to be ahead of you, all the time.

Maybe you’re parenting someone who is wired very differently from you. You’ve read plenty about autism or ADHD, and you’re learned an alphabet soup of medical and educational jargon. But you’re still trying to figure out what the best possible life looks like, for you and for them.
